- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went in there to browse and check them out as a business to consider for our future wedding bands.The jewelry was beautiful and my questions were answered with never-ending patience. I ended up purchasing a stunning necklace for my (as Kirk liked to say) "sweetie" and got to see some of the beautiful pieces Kirk makes. The customer service was exceptional and Kirk made it very clear that my "sweetie" can come by to discuss any adjustments we might need for the necklace. I could not be more delighted! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Awesome! So nice and friendly. They really want to take care of you. They fixed a necklace and resized a ring for a very reasonable price. The owner was also featured on the news for replacing a wedding ring for free that had been stolen from a couple who were about to get married and couldn't afford to buy new ones. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in for a simple battery change..was told it would take about an hour..came back & she informed me that she meant 2 hours..came back in two & I was told that he couldn't get the bracelet back on..that I could have their watchmaker take care of it but he only came in once a week..agreed and came back only to find my watch had not been fixed & I had been charged..she apologized & said it would be taken care of and ready in a week..this whole process went on for a month..I came back & the watch was fixed; however the bracelet was put on backwards..need I say more...the perfect Marx Bros movie...By Karen Komatsubara, February 20, 2017
