  The worst service ever. Came with my wife and kids and they wouldn't provide an exception to let both of us use one ticket. The worst customer service experience bar none. The usual crapshoot DMV experience here. Waited 4 hours to be helped. Understaffed and incredibly rude people. Horrible process for people in line.

  I wouldn't even give this place one star. Standing room only. 200 people ahead of me on a Saturday morning. That is a three hour 20 minute wait if one person is served every minute. Been here before and it was overcrowed. How is anyone who works weekdays supposed to get their license renewed if it can't be done by mail? This place has a serious management problem.

  This is where all of your worst nightmares about the DMV come true. It took me three hours of waiting to be told that, because the process "takes too long," I could not get an EDL. I thought it was a joke...I laughed for a minute before I realized they were being serious and would not serve me because they "close soon" (as in, they were going to close in just over an hour, though I had been there for three). I wondered why they were suddenly getting through the "now serving" numbers so quickly. THEY WEREN'T SERVING ANYONE. They were just turning them away. Absolutely shameful.

  Beautiful people down there. Wow! Their smily face and professional service is the reason for long waits. Keep that positive sprit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The long wait should no be the reason to downgrade these people.
