- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BECU has lost its charm! I had a kiosk suck in my debit card and I went to this location for a replacement. Forty minutes of waiting later I finally got a person to help me. On my last trip there I used the sign in machine but it did not register apparently. The BECU employee extremely softly asked who is next and took the only person who could hear her despite him being the last person to arrive. It takes forever to get help.
