- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a Chase customer for over a decade and have always had a positive if not exceptional experience. The customer service I dealt with at this branch made me take my business elsewhere. I was refused service when I entered at 5:45PM and told that they closed at 6PM and sent me to a grocery store branch. I was told that they operate on an appointment only system (which I know not to be true because another friendly banker, Abigail, assisted me the week prior at 5:50PM). BE FOREWARNED: IF YOU NEED TO DO ANY BANKING, ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR IN ADVANCE OF CLOSING TIME.By David Sauer, June 10, 2017
