- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My taxes have not changed for five years. I been having a CPA prepare them when I lived in Lynnwood. Similar rates, charged by form. To be quoted twice the amount from this H&R affiliate is outragious. I could have drove up to Lynnwood except my time is valuable to me. How ironic I end up both wasting my time and getting insulted because this seasonal commission collector thought I was an easy mark.By Kerry Peck, February 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. As I was filing my '16 taxes, they discovered the guy who did them this year (same office) overpaid me and now I owe $867 to the IRS. The guy who did them this year told me he's had multiple issues with people getting screwed by this guy.
