- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went into the branch trying to get a medallion signature guarantee stamp so I could move my IRA, and was told they don't offer the service. I think they are not telling the truth, because if someone came in wanting to transfer there IRA to Bank of America I am sure they find the stamp and get done right then and there on the spot. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I purposely don't bank by the BOA closer to my home because the customer service at the Ballard location is unmatched. Sasho, Nica, and Diana have always been genuinely kind. Today I witnessed two other customer's in line who were vocally upset about the wait and felt the need to take it out on both Nica and Diana. I was appalled by the two customer's behavior but both Nica and Diana apologized for the wait and sympathized for the customers who treated them poorly. Sasho was greeting and also stepped in to apologize to the upset customers. Short staffed or not, I appreciate their kind interactions and will continue to solely bank at this location only.By Briana Nichols, May 01, 2017
