Because I live in Tennessee, when we decided to pursue legal action, we contacted Mike because he was recommended by a colleague of my husband's. Mike and his staff were nearly always available when I contacted them. They kept me in the loop with frequent e-mails. All contacts were handled professionally. I felt Mike's representation of my case was highly professional and his advocacy was superior! When it came to settlement, he was well situated to advise us on whether to accept the insurance company's offer or authorize him to pursue a higher settlement.
