- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Brian is horrible at his job, was not helpful and looking to steal money from people to cash a check from Key Bank. Run to another bank they are very rude and want you pay to get your own money from that bank. I will advise everyone i know to change banks. I also overheard they were over charging a person in line and that person, would have to come back and spend time to change things around so they would stop unfairly charging them.By Robert Sullivan, February 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I switched to KeyBank from Wells Fargo, and opened my accounts in this branch. Never had an issue. Theyve always been friendly and beyond helpful with me. Everyone has unique banking experiences, but Ive also been with BoA and a couple banks in the past that are now gone like Wachovia, and honestly....
