- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is very long overdo. Verity Crédit Union is wonderful. The staff at the VA are always pleasant. Branch Manager Hector Montano is always very helpful and willing to work with us. The great customer service and quick acknowledgement when you come in throught the door is a nice gesture. I definitely recommend banking at Verity. No matter what kind of help I need they are able to give helpful advice and help me solve my problem. I found the manager, Hector Montano especially knowledgeable, helpful and always gracious. I'm on disability and the bank was unwilling to recognize that or work with me other than to take the remainder of my meager disability check and tell me I have to file with the police anyway after a known criminal wrote me bad checks.By Mario Keeney Ditolla, October 30, 2016
